Today we are continuing our Roman Relief tile. We focused on adding multiple layers to create more detail on our designs as well as using the ribbon tool to carve layers into the clay.

Yesterday, students were working on their texture pages for their Altered Book! If you missed the directions, Please see the photos below for more clarification. Texture: The way something feels to the touch or how it may look. (Rough, Silky, Shiny, Dull, Smooth, Tacky)
1. Choose two of the famous artworks below (right click and choose "Save As" and save to your drive)
2. Make each one into a meme by adding your own text. 3. Add text by using Pixlr Express 4. Complete the Art Reflection Sheet for ONE of your chosen artworks (or fill out the reflection below the gallery). One of my favorite days in art yet this year! We had a blast making great backgrounds for our skeleton drawings out of tinted bubbles!
